I hear Teldrassil is pretty efficient from an exp/hour perspective.
But if you don't care about that and just don't want to be there, you can get to Dun Morogh or Elwynn pretty easy by skipping the wetlands corpse hop. Take the boat to Menethil and then swim south from the pier and then drown yourself right here:
You rez in the Dun Morogh graveyard and skip the corpse hop through Wetlands and save a good chunk of time.
From there grab your flight path in Ironforge, take the tram to Stormwind and grab the flight path there and you're set. You can quest wherever you want to with pretty easy access right away.
